They each have a common account that is shared via their individual accounts. They are finding on occasions that emails sent from the shared account are getting delayed in the Outbox. WebbUsually that happens with shared mailboxes, and I know there's settings you can look at there (there's a reg key I think that means a shared sent item will go to the shared sent box and not the personal sent box) but surely the default behaviour should just put them into the personal sent?
