Anybody aware of any difficulties with the 5th gear in the TJ's for cruising and is the 3.07 axle up to taking a 4.1 comfortably or should a 3.73 be preferred? And with only 2" of spacers the rubbing could be bad, unless you extend the bumpstops. I would say, save the time and money of putting the spacers in. IF you are going with a suspension lift eventually anyway. As I'm sure you've read, normally you'll see 4.56 gears recommended for 33s and the 5-spd. 4.56s will work for 33s and the 4-spd auto, but many on this forum have reported this setup leaves a little more gear to be desired.
